Yes, completely. No catch, no hidden fee. Real estate works on commission, so I only get paid if you decide to work with me on a transaction down the road. The call itself costs nothing.
That's actually most of who I talk to. If you're 6 months out, 12 months out, or just starting to think about it, the call is still worth it. We figure out what your timing actually looks like and what to be paying attention to.
I work the entire GTA, but I'm hands on in Halton Hills, Burlington, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, and Milton. If you're outside those areas, I'll either help you directly or connect you with someone I trust who knows that pocket.
